As many of you will already know me I will keep this short and sweet. 20 years ago I was involved in a Road Traffic Accident in which I sustained a great many injuries. It was a difficult time in which I remember the Ambulance crew telling me (after the event) that they were concerned that the damage may have led to amputation of my right leg. Having been on the receiving end, and having no doubt that i needed a great deal of blood it seems only right and proper that this ride out takes place in the name of a good cause.
Serv are volunteer motorcycle riders taking blood to hospitals as part of an out of hours service. They do this to help you and I in our moment of greatest need. As a volunteer organisation they need all the help they can get in order to keep the service on the road.
The trip will kick off around the 8th August (the exact date to follow), and once all of the plans are finalised I will add a tour list and maybe even a map!
